An Exchange Purchase Certificate (EPC), known as DAB (Döviz Alım Belgesi) in Turkish, is an official document issued by a Turkish bank. It confirms that a foreign buyer has converted foreign currency into Turkish Lira (TRY) for the purpose of purchasing real estate in Turkey. This document is a mandatory requirement for foreign investors applying for Turkish Citizenship by Investment (CBI).
